We ship our products worldwide from Europe. For exact shipping costs, please send us your postal code and we will inform you accordingly.

Please note that most of our pieces are in stock and can be delivered within 3-5 working days however some of the products can also be ordered in a variety of color and texture options. We accept PayPal as well. For more information please do not hesitate to email us.

We keep hunting for old pieces of furniture in the depth of attics and cellars to restore them. Thus there are cases when the result is a unique product which simply cannot be duplicated due to its rareness.

The armchairs we refurbish were made 50 to 80 years ago and they are often not serial products but were produced individually. As a result each of our revamped models is unique and may slightly differ from the one in the photo, however it does not influence the quality and style of the product.

RETURN POLICY

You have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days of the delivery of the products without giving a reason. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us at info@updatechair.com before the withdrawal deadline.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back You must return the goods promptly in their original condition within 14 days of the date of the cancellation notification. The costs of returning have to be paid by the consumer.
